Design/Build Approach
At Orfield Remodeling, Inc. we use the Design/Build approach to remodeling. We are able to work with our clients from the initial design phase all the way to final painting. This approach makes the transition from design to construction easy and helps establish security for our clients. Not only do they have the same contact for their entire project, but we are also able to design a project that fits their budget.

Free Consultation
We offer a free, initial consultation held at the potential client’s home to discuss their project, offer initial suggestions, and establish a preliminary budget. The Design/Build process allows for an early assessment of the goals and potential of a project and its feasibility.

Design Control
The design process can then proceed to accomplish the project’s goals while maintaining the established budget. Finally, the design is built under the complete control of the designer. This assures that the design will be faithfully executed and that the multitude of decisions that occur during any renovation project will enhance rather than detract from the completed project.
